Social competence and relationships for students with emotional and behavioral disorders

Abstract: Students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) often face significant challenges in social competence and relationship building, impacting both their academic success and long-term life outcomes. This review explores the relationship between emotional and behavioral disorders and social competence, analyzing how these disorders affect interpersonal relationships and social skills. By reviewing relevant studies, this paper aims to identify key areas for intervention and support strategies to improve social competence in students with EBD.
