Abstract: The evaluation of quality in education has been an important issue for the entire research and educational community for decades. Curriculums offer the modern teacher essential advice on the organization of teaching, while at the same time they define the guidelines to be followed by learning and teaching at each level of education. The purpose of this research was to investigate the views of general and special education Kindergarten teachers on the quality of the pedagogical methods they choose to apply in the classroom. The results showed that teachers of both specialties consider it very important that teachers offer support and care to children and use encouraging language when talking to them. It is also of great value that the members of the educational staff know the basic principles of pedagogical science. Furthermore, it emerged that the quality of the pedagogical methods applied during the educational process is influenced by the gender, teaching experience and the service position held by the teachers in the school unit.
